Frequently Asked Questions:
- Orders are shipped within 5 days - unless otherwise specified (for example a preorder).
- Orders are shipped using Canada Post. We try to use as many recycled packaging materials as possible. Please contact us with concerns.
- Returns & Exchanges - Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items need to be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. If it is not returned in the original condition, buyer is responsible for the damages.
- Please contact me if you have any concerns with your order. Orders may be cancelled if the item has not been shipped yet.
